Make a payment online - from your computer or your smartphone.

Simple and secure. You will need your account number, your Social Security number, and a blank check. Make a payment now.

Make a payment by phone.

Use the phone number listed on your billing statement. You can access your billing statement online now by going to mySpringleaf.

Send us your payment by mail.

Mail your payment to us with the payment stub from your billing statement. You can access your billing statement online now by going to mySpringleaf.

Pay at any Springleaf branch across the country.

Use the branch locator to the right to find the branch nearest you.

Make your payment at any Walmart location nationwide.

Give your account number and name to the Customer Service Center Representative and let them know that you are making a "CheckFree" payment on your Springleaf Financial Services account. A fee of $1.00-$1.50 is charged on payments made at Walmart locations.

Direct pay. Make your loan payments automatically every month.

Make your loan payments automatically every month when you use Direct Pay from Springleaf Financial Services, our automated payment option for our loan customers. Direct Pay works by debiting your checking or savings account on the day that the payment is due.

Direct Pay offers a wide range of benefits:

  • Checks do not have to be written each month
  • Payments are automatically posted on the payment due date, avoiding late charges
  • It's easy to maintain a history of consistent on-time payments
  • Worry-free means of making payments, because you no longer have to worry about mail delays
  • Saves time
  • Eliminates postage
  • Eliminates any cost per check processing fee that you may be paying to your bank
  • It's free - there are no fees with the Direct Pay option

Direct Pay is available for both closed-end and revolving loan accounts. It is not available on retail accounts at this time. You can sign up to use Direct Pay at anytime during the life of your loan.
